Help your spouse visit
while you build your
life in Canada
Spouses and partners can apply to visit, even while a sponsorship is in process. The key is showing the officer a clear purpose and a genuine plan. I prepare that application carefully.
$85 consultation, credited toward your fee if you hire me. Or call 873‑673‑8394.

Officers need a clear, honest picture
- Unclear purpose or length of the visit
- Weak proof of ties or travel plans
- Not explaining a pending sponsorship properly
- Financial documents that don't match the story
What I do instead
- Explain the purpose and timing of the visit clearly
- Present ties, finances and travel history in one organized file
- Address a pending sponsorship openly and correctly
- Write a strong cover letter tailored to your situation
A visit application that tells a clear story

Common questions
Can my spouse visit Canada while our sponsorship is processing?
Yes, they can apply. A pending sponsorship does not by itself stop a visit. The officer still needs to be satisfied the visit is genuine and that the person will respect the conditions of their stay.
Should we mention the sponsorship?
Yes. Be honest and complete. Hiding a pending application can create serious problems, including misrepresentation concerns.
What documents matter most?
Purpose of the visit, relationship evidence, finances, ties and travel history. The exact list depends on your situation.
What if my spouse was refused before?
A previous refusal can often be addressed with a better prepared application. I review the refusal reasons first.
Can you guarantee approval?
No licensed consultant can. Decisions are made by IRCC.
