Why applications get delayed

Most problems start with a file that looks complete but isn't

  • Relationship proof that doesn't tell a clear, consistent story
  • Choosing inland or outland without weighing travel and work needs
  • Old refusals, status gaps or travel history left unexplained
  • Missing forms that lead to requests, delays or a returned application

What I do instead

  • Build your relationship evidence into one clear timeline
  • Recommend the right stream for your situation, with the risks explained
  • Address any history head on, with explanation letters where needed
  • Review every form and document myself before anything is submitted
What you get

One licensed consultant, start to finish

You deal with me directly

No call centre, no handoffs. The person you speak to is the person preparing your file.

A fixed fee in writing

You know the full cost before any work begins. Government fees are listed separately.

A checklist built for your file

Not a generic list. Documents matched to your relationship, history and stream.

Work permit guidance

If your spouse is in Canada, we look at an open work permit so they can work while you wait.

In your language

Explain your story in English, Punjabi or Hindi, whichever is easiest for you.

IRCC letters handled

As your authorized representative I respond to IRCC requests and keep you updated.

Complex cases welcome

Complicated doesn't mean impossible

These files need stronger evidence and careful explanations, and that's my focus.

Discuss your situation

Situations I regularly prepare for

  • Short relationship or a quick marriage
  • An arranged marriage
  • A large age gap
  • A previous sponsorship or previous marriage
  • Children from earlier relationships
  • A past visa refusal
  • Status or overstay issues in Canada

Your relationship is real. Your application should prove it clearly, completely and the first time.

How it works

Four steps from first message to submission

  1. Consultation, $85

We review your situation and I explain your options, including the risks. By video, phone or WhatsApp.

  2. Written quote and checklist

A fixed fee for the preparation work and a document list matched to your file.

  3. Preparation and review

I prepare the forms, build your evidence and check every document before submission.

  4. Submission and follow up

I submit as your representative and handle IRCC correspondence until a decision.

Low risk to start. Your $85 consultation is credited toward your fee if you hire me, and you see the full fixed fee in writing before you commit to anything.

Refused before?

A refusal letter tells you what the officer doubted. Each concern can usually be answered.

I review your refusal letter and the officer's notes, explain what went wrong, and recommend whether to reapply or appeal. Appeals have strict deadlines, so don't wait.

$249

Refusal review, credited toward your fee if you hire me for the full file within 7 days.

Questions

Common questions

Who prepares my application?

I do, personally. You deal with me from the first call to submission, not a call centre or an assistant.

Should we apply inside or outside Canada?

It depends on where your spouse or partner lives, their status, travel plans and whether they need to work while waiting. We decide together in the consultation.

How much does it cost?

The consultation is $85 and is credited toward your fee if you hire me. After it you receive a written fixed fee before any work begins. Government fees are separate and paid to IRCC.

How long does spousal sponsorship take?

Processing times change often and IRCC publishes current estimates. A complete, well organized application helps avoid delays caused by requests for more documents.

Can my spouse work while we wait?

In many cases a spouse or partner in Canada can apply for an open work permit. Eligibility depends on their situation, so we check it in the consultation.

We were refused before. Can you help?

Yes. I review the refusal letter and officer notes, explain what went wrong and recommend whether to reapply or appeal. Appeals have strict deadlines, so contact me quickly.

Can we meet in the evening or on weekends?

Yes. Consultations are by appointment by video, phone or WhatsApp, including evenings and weekends.

Can you guarantee approval?

No licensed consultant can. Decisions are made by IRCC. What I can promise is a complete, carefully reviewed application and honest advice about any risks.

Ready to talk about your application?

Send a message with your name, where you live and where your spouse or partner is. I'll reply with available appointment times.
